Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lumera Crystals website at lumera-crystals.polsia.app, or by placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or place an order. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Purchases

Purchase Terms

All orders placed through our website are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.

When you place an order, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• You are purchasing for personal use or as a gift, not for unauthorized resale

Each piece in our collection is one-of-a-kind. Once a product is sold, that exact piece is no longer available. Photographs on our website show the actual item you will receive — not stock imagery.

Pricing

Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices include the cost of the piece and estimated shipping to the continental United States. Final shipping costs to your specific location are confirmed at checkout via Stripe.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price shown at the time you complete your purchase is the price you will be charged.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

Shipping

Shipping & Delivery

All pieces ship directly from the artisan workshop. We work with professional art freight handlers experienced in transporting fragile, high-value items internationally.

Estimated delivery times:

• Continental United States: 10–15 business days
• Canada and Western Europe: 12–18 business days
• Other international destinations: 15–21 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or local carriers.

Each piece is individually insured for its full purchase value during transit. A tracking number will be provided via email once your piece has shipped. International shipments include pre-filed customs documentation to facilitate clearance.

Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. If your piece does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us immediately.

Returns

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

Standard pieces: Returns are accepted within 14 days of confirmed delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition with original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Custom orders: Custom-commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. Custom orders are pieces sourced or produced to your specific specifications (crystal type, size, shape, or finish). This policy applies once production has begun.

Damaged on arrival: If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation. We will file an insurance claim and arrange a full refund or sourcing of a comparable replacement at no cost to you.

Exchanges: Because each piece is unique, like-for-like exchanges are not possible. If you return an item, you may apply the refund toward the purchase of another available piece.

Products

Product Descriptions & Natural Variation

Each piece in our collection is a natural crystal formed over millions of years. While we photograph every item individually and describe its characteristics accurately, buyers should be aware of the following:

• Natural variation: Crystal color, texture, and pattern vary naturally. No two pieces are identical, and natural inclusions, veining, or minor surface variation are characteristic of genuine crystal — not defects.
• Color representation: We photograph pieces under controlled lighting to represent color accurately. Monitor settings and viewing conditions may cause slight differences in how color appears on your screen versus in person.
• Dimensions: Listed dimensions are approximate. Natural crystal pieces may vary slightly from stated measurements.
• Weight: Crystal is heavy. Approximate weights are listed where available. Buyer is responsible for ensuring their installation location can support the piece.

We guarantee that all pieces are genuine natural crystal with no composite materials, resin fills, or synthetic enhancements unless explicitly stated in the product description.

Payments

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets supported by Stripe.

By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the full order amount. We never store, access, or transmit your full card number — all payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe's secure infrastructure.

Your payment is captured at the time of purchase. Orders are confirmed via email once payment is successfully processed.

If your payment is declined, your order will not be fulfilled. Please contact your bank or use an alternative payment method.

Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property

All content on the Lumera Crystals website — including but not limited to photographs, text, design, layout, graphics, and brand identity — is the exclusive property of Lumera Crystals or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from this site without written permission
• Use our product photographs for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on our site content
• Use our brand name or logo in any way that suggests affiliation or endorsement

Personal, non-commercial use (e.g., sharing product photos on social media with proper attribution) is permitted provided you include a clear reference to Lumera Crystals and the source URL.

Liability

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lumera Crystals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, or events outside our control
• Damage resulting from improper installation or use of products
• Indirect losses resulting from delayed delivery
• Issues arising from third-party services (Stripe, carriers, etc.) outside our control

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible. For unresolved disputes, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before pursuing litigation.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
